Guarantee:
We guarantee all of our products for complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in unused, original condition, with all accessories included, within 30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling - if you receive free shipping on your order we will refund your total minus the actual shipping cost). Orders returned after 30 days must have an authoriztion and are subject to a restocking charge (10%). Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing of returns.
Stroller Exception: We drop ship strollers from the manufacturer, and many do not accept returns. Therefore we apply a 10% restocking charge to all stroller returns, except for cases where the stroller was damaged in shipment or when we made a mistake on your order.

Product Colors and Patterns:
We try to provide an accurate representation of the colors and patterns of our products. Due to the nature of the internet, with a variety of browsers and monitors, it is not always possible to get the colors exact. If you are not satisfied with the color of the product you received, you may return it for replacement or refund.

Methods of Payment:
We accept VISA and Mastercard and American Express credit card orders via the Yahoo! Store. We are unable to accept debit cards due to the requirement of a PIN number.

We also accept check and money order payments via mail. Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and then proceed to check out. Select Check/Money Order under payment types on the Billing Information page during check out. Then print out the Order Confirmation page and send it along with your check to: BabyAbby Orders; 5151 Franklin Street; Denver, Colorado 80216. We process check orders when the check is received, so please allow for an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within Colorado will be charged 4.1% sales tax.

Shipping & Handling:
In order to keep our shipping costs low given rising fuel and shipping charges, we ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail (under 2 lbs.) or UPS Ground (over 2 lbs).

APO/FPO or Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: Select the APO/FPO or Alaska/Hawaii/PR option when entering the shipping information and we will be sure to ship via USPS Priority Mail.

In a hurry? We also offer Next Day and Two Day service within the Continental US for an additional charge. Next Day and 2nd Day services do require a signature, so please provide an address where you or someone you trust can sign for the package. (If this is not possible, let us know and we can arrange for a Signature Release). Please note that due to size limitations, we are not able to ship 2nd Day or Next Day on some products. We will advise you if we are unable to ship to your specifications and adjust the shipping & handling charges accordingly.

All in stock regular orders ship in 1-3 business days from the date of receipt. Next Day and Two Day Air orders received by 12pm MST ship the same day. We only ship via ground for orders in excess of 20 lbs.

All shipping companies charge based on the weight of the shipment. The shipping & handling charges added to your order are based on the total weight of the items in your order rather than the total cost of your order. This reflects the most accurate and fair method for charging for shipping because it is the way we are charged by USPS and UPS. We do not raise product prices in order to offer free shipping like many other companies do. Shipping & Handling charges are not a source of profit for Baby Abby.
Please confirm your shipping address. In the event that the package is returned to us or one of the shipping carriers assess us an address correction fee (generally $10), we will pass the charge on to you.


Oversized Items: Due to their large size, a few of our products (Nurse EZ Twin, Body Support Pillow & and all changing pads) are considered "Oversized" by the major shipping providers (USPS, UPS & Fedex). Because they are oversized, the shipping providers charge for dimensional weight rather than actual weight.

Ugly Boxes: In an effort to be friendly to our environment and to keep our shipping prices low, we will reuse manufacturer's shipping boxes when possible. They are not always pretty, but they do the job.

International Orders: We ship our international orders using US Postal Service Express Mail. This service normally takes 6-10 days in transit, depending on the speed of customs in individual countries. We found this service to be the best balance of reasonable prices with a reasonable delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Some orders that arrive overseas may be subject to customs, tariffs, or other import fees. Please check with your local postal or customs agent to see if you will have to pay this fee. Our experience is that most of our overseas shipments are not subject to any additional taxes, but we have no way of knowing what the policy is for each and every country. We are not responsible for these types of fees. If any additional fee is due, it must be paid by you!
